Rootedness and Action

Grounding and Action is the course dedicated to those who wish to feel more present, regain stability, and transform their intentions into concrete action.

The jewels in this course are symbolically linked to the first three chakras and the dynamic energy of rajas, the force that sustains movement and initiative.
